Research Associate

The Imperial Patient Experience Research Centre is recruiting four new posts to strengthen our work in public involvement and patient experience research. This Research Associate role is part of this. We are seeking an experienced qualitative health researcher with an interest in patients and research participants’ perspectives on current developments in translational medicine.

You will be carrying out a qualitative research project identifying the views of participants in studies involving the collection of biological and genetic data about the research they are participating in, including their views on the return of personal health information and risk-based recall studies.

You are expected to have a PhD or equivalent in health or health-related discipline (. public health, epidemiology, anthropology, sociology, design, health services research) with expertise in all aspects of qualitative research (data collection, analysis, publication, etc).
