Research associate- next-generation sequencing

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional in our Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) operations team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in life sciences and genomics, with extensive hands-on expertise in NGS library preparation, sequencing, and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:
- NGS wet lab Research Associate/Senior Research Associate performs end-to-end molecular biology workflows.
- It includes DNA/RNA extraction from varied clinical samples (FFPE, blood)
- Library preparation, and sequencing on platforms like Illumina.
- Key responsibilities include stringent QC (Qubit, Bioanalyzer/Tape Station), instrument maintenance, troubleshooting, and strict documentation complying with GLP/CLIA standards.
Preferred Skills
- Nucleic acid extraction and purification
- DNA and RNA library prep methods, specifically metagenomics
