Research Associate- Next-Generation Sequencing

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional in our Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) operations team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in life sciences and genomics, with extensive hands-on expertise in NGS library preparation, sequencing, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:
NGS wet lab Research Associate/Senior Research Associate performs end-to-end molecular biology workflows.
It includes DNA/RNA extraction from varied clinical samples (FFPE, blood)
Library preparation, and sequencing on platforms like Illumina.
Key responsibilities include stringent QC (Qubit, Bioanalyzer/TapeStation), instrument maintenance, troubleshooting, and strict documentation complying with GLP/CLIA standards.

Preferred Skills
Nucleic acid extraction and purification
DNA and RNA library prep methods, specifically metagenomics
Quality control methods (BioAnalyzer, Qubit, Tapestation etc)
