Research Associate

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Finance, Mathematics, Communication Research, Psychology or other related courses;
• Experience in industry research, market research, and data analysis as well as in the telco/IT industry is an edge but not required;
• Working knowledge of MS-Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
• With good oral and written communication skills (ability to converse in any of these major dialects - Bisaya, Ilonggo, Bicolano, Ilocano is a plus but not required);
• Comfortable in doing cold calls, phone surveys, Face-to-Face, Door-to-Door, intercept interviews;
• Conducting general Internet search and knowledgeable on how to source leads and contacts through LinkedIn, Social Media, etc.;
• Must be resourceful and with keen attention to details;
• Able to manage and achieve weekly targets;
• Desires to coordinate teams in the future and aspires to grow in market research; ...
