Research Associate / Research Assistant

Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Research Associate / Research Assistant to support research projects with a focus on statistical analysis.

Applicants should have (i) a Master’s degree in related discipline with at least four years of post-qualification relevant experience (for Research Associate) or a Bachelor’s degree in related disciplines (for Research Assistant); (ii) experience in data cleaning, organising, and managing project dataset; and (iii) the ability to use statistical software packages (SPSS, R, SSAS) for data analysis and visualisation.

The appointee will be responsible for (a) performing statistical analysis using various regression and modelling and machine learning techniques; and (b) collaborating with team members to collect real data in Hong Kong.

Appointment will initially be made on contract basis for one year, renewable subject to good performance, funding availability and mutual agreement.
