Research & Development Consultant

Responsibilities

• Build programs integrated to off-the-shelf software products for Android, Form-based, and Web-based platforms
• Collaborate with business analysts for product software design, database structure, and process flow
• Scope the customer’s manual process to be applied in software development programs
• Conduct initial testing of softwares before proceeding to QA
• Conduct troubleshooting of softwares integrated to other systems or applications
• Ensure documentation of data mapping, process flow, and requirements and establish an understanding of said process flow
• Train, coach, and mentor customers on the effective use of the softwares / programs
• Provide continuous onsite / offsite maintenance and technical support to customers
• Develop and maintain advanced knowledge of ERP products and other business management solutions
