research & development executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and innovative Research & Development (R&D) Executive to support product development and improvement of premix powder-based food and beverage products while focuses on product innovation, formulation, sensory evaluation, process improvement, and compliance with quality and food safety standards, while aligning with market trends and consumer preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and improve premix powder-based formulations

· Conduct lab trials, pilot trials, and scale-up activities

· Support new product development (NPD) and product improvements

· Coordinate with Production and QA teams

· Conduct shelf-life and stability studies

· Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards (GMP, FSSC & HACCP)

· Maintain accurate documentation for formulations, trials, and SOPs
