Job Responsibilities:

Research and Development

• Assist in conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities for innovation.
• Collaborate with senior R&D teammate to develop and refine product concept and prototypes.

Data Management and Analysis

• Collect and and analyze data related to R&D projects, including performance metrics, cost analyses and market trends.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management.
• Maintain accurate records of project progress, result and decisions.

Project Coordination

• Assist in planning and managing R&D projects from inception to completion.
• Monitor project timelines, milestones and deliverables to ensure thet are met.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including product development, engineering and marketing to align R&D efforts with business goals.
