Research & Development Manager (Sauces / Marinades)

A leading manufacturer of high-quality food products, specializing in customized food solutions such as breading, marinades, seasonings, and sauces is currently seeking an R&D Manager to strengthen their team in Calamba, Laguna!

Responsibilities

• In-depth knowledge of food formulation, ingredient functionality, and processing techniques
• Familiarity with cost optimization, shelf-life studies, and scale-up from lab to production
• Strong understanding of food safety and regulatory standards (e.g., HACCP, GMP, local regulatory requirements)
• Experience with sensory evaluation and product benchmarking

Required Qualification / Experience

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or a related field

• With at least 10 years of relevant experience in food manufacturing R&D, preferably in B2B applications
