Research & Development Officer

Job Summary:

The R&D Officer is responsible for developing, testing, and improving Makimura Ramen Corp.'s food products, recipes, and processes to ensure consistency, quality, cost efficiency, and innovation. This role works closely with Operations, Quality Assurance, and Marketing to introduce new menu items and continuously enhance existing products while maintaining the brand's Japanese ramen standards.

Key Responsibilities:Product Development & Innovation

• Develop new ramen recipes, broths, sauces, toppings, and side dishes aligned with Makimura's brand identity.
• Improve existing products to enhance taste, presentation, shelf life, and cost efficiency.
• Conduct kitchen trials, taste tests, and sensory evaluations.

Standardization & Documentation

• Create and maintain standardized recipes, preparation procedures, and product specifications.
