Research & Development Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Keeping up with market trends, competitor launches, and consumer preferences in makeup.
• Creating product ideas that align with the brand's strategy.
• Working closely with R&D or labs to develop product formulas (shades, textures, performance).
• Arranging testing for safety, stability, and performance; providing feedback to improve formulas.
• Collaborating with packaging teams to select suitable, appealing, and functional packaging.
• Coordinating timelines, costings, and approvals to bring a product from idea to launch.
• Working with Marketing, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Quality Assurance.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Cosmetology, Beauty Marketing, or other related courses
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field is required
