Job Description

                    Supports the PRD Manager in the formulation, planning, monitoring and evaluation of established Objectives, Goals, Strategies and Measures (OGSM) of the PRD Department (including individual positions) aligned with the overall OGSM of the Company while ensuring effective implementation of  best practices in product research and development, increasing cost-effectiveness and quality of new/enhanced/alternative products. 
Communicates and aligns the OGSM and strategic direction within the PRD Department. 
Supervises the policies, objectives, initiatives and reports of PRD Department to ensure continuous operations, effective and efficient PRD operations and services. 
Reviews relevant resources needed for PRD projects such as but not limited to raw materials, packaging materials, consumables, equipment and among others. 
Prepares and submits PRD Project Plan to the PRD Manager. 
Supervises and reviews testing and analysis results.
