Job Description:‌
Attend project briefings with the Project Manager.
Independently complete project proposals under research guidelines.
Translate project questionnaires and design small-to-medium-sized questionnaires.
Conduct project training, including interviewer training, mock visits, and accompanying visits.
Prepare preliminary project implementation, including project setup, budget completion, application filing, and internal proposal preparation.
Ensure project quality control and data report accuracy.
Review report charts prepared by researchers and independently compile reports.
Develop coding schemes, check quality control reports, and prepare data report headers.
Perform data analysis and draft key findings.
Guide new researchers in familiarizing themselves with the work environment.
