Role Summary:

The successful candidate will support the end-to-end research process including:

  • Proposal writing;

  • Designing research methodologies;

  • Developing research instruments;

  • Supervising fieldwork;

  • Ensuring ethical compliance;

  • Managing data collection;

  • Preparing high-quality reports and insights.
  • This role involves both office-based analytical work and field-based supervision.


    Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences, Economics, Sociology, Development Studies or related field

  • 2–3 years’ experience in a research firm or busy research environment

  • Experience in research tool design, proposal writing report writing and client engagement

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
