Research Fellow: 2D Materials Device Design & Fabrication

National University of Singapore is seeking a Research Fellow for emerging device design and fabrication. The position requires a PhD and focuses on the fabrication of 2D materials-based devices, including transistor devices and tunnelling FET research.

Applicants should possess strong communication skills and have experience in scientific research and writing. Recent Ph.D. graduates or postdocs with backgrounds in device fabrication are especially encouraged to apply.
