Research Fellow (Contract, BMTCT)

We are looking for motivated individual to perform basic research in the field of transplantation and cell therapy in the Paediatric Bone Marrow Transplant & Cell Therapy Centre. Job Description: Perform basic research in transplantation and cell therapy report findings to peer-review journals. Develop Research Methodology for ressearch projects, revise techniques and troubleshooting guidance. Timely acquisition of critical reagents and necessary documentation for researchprojects to proceed with minimal delays. Ensuring SOP are followed and participate in lab protocol maintenance. Effective communication of research results to director and lab members. Participate in grant writing/budgeting for relevant research sections. Preparation of presentations and reports. Ensure smooth running of the laboratory and maintenance of lab equipment, inventory and supplies. Provide staff training to new hires.
