The main research goals include (1) transistor devices and circuits based on 2D semiconductors and (2) Explore new device structures such as tunnelling FET. Qualifications PhD degree Strong communication skills, motivation in scientific research, and experience in writing scientific papers are required. Recent Ph.D. or postdocs with experience of device fabrication with EBL systems. Transistor device fabrication experience is also a plus. Applicants must have good publications in the field of 2D materials.
