Research Nutritionist (The Institute for Clinical & Translational Research (ICTR)) - #Staff

We are seeking a **_Research Nutritionist_** who will be integral part of the nutrition care team of the ICTR's Research Nutrition Program. The Research Nutritionist plays a vital role in the recommendation and provision of nutritional therapies and the development of the nutritional component of research protocols. The position acts as a specialist in clinical research nutrition management with expertise in nutrition and specialized nutritional therapies. The position provides some dietary outpatient counseling for research participants/patients and may participate as co-investigator and nutritional consultant for research protocols.

**Specific Duties & Responsibilities**

_Food Service_

+ Assist in developing food safety training for nutrition and nursing staff.
+ Contact facilities and outside contractors for calibration and repair of equipment.
+ Maintain food safety licensures and provide on-going training for dietetic technicians/cooks.
