Development of Metal 3D Printer & Controlled Atmosphere Furnace
Contract:
12 months (including probation), with potential absorption based on performance
We are inviting fresh graduates in Mechanical Engineering (or related fields) to join a hands-on research project focused on developing a metal 3D printer and controlled atmosphere furnace system for advanced prototyping applications.
This is a practical, build-focused role — ideal for candidates who enjoy designing, fabricating, testing, and improving real hardware systems.
Responsibilities
Design and develop mechanical structures and assemblies for the 3D printer and furnace
Perform 3D CAD modelling and multibody simulation using Onshape or SolidWorks
Convert designs into functional prototypes and working mechanical systems
Assist in testing, optimization, troubleshooting, and documentation
