Research Officer in Gastrointestinal Nutrition Research

The Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate Research Officer to join the Dietary Innovations in GI research team and support the delivery of high-quality dietary intervention studies. As part of the clinical trial team, you will assist with study setup and conduct, working closely with investigators, gastroenterologists, research dietitians and study coordinators. This role includes coordinating study diets, patient recruitment, trial procedures and study visits, providing the chance to contribute to research that informs nutrition and health outcomes.

The Research Officer will support dietary intervention trials by managing data, processing samples, preparing documentation and assisting with ethics submissions. You will help ensure smooth trial operations while maintaining compliance with protocols and ethical guidelines. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively are essential.
