Research Officer/Assistant Research Officer in the Department of Medicine, School of Clinical Medicine, and the State Key Laboratory of Pharmaceutical Biotechnology (Ref.: 536452)

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute end-to-end research projects in metabolic diseases (e.g. obesity, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, MASH), covering the full pipeline from biomarker discovery and clinical validation to target identification/confirmation and novel therapeutic development

  • Design and implement translational research strategies, utilizing multi-omics approaches (genomics, proteomics, metabolomics) for the identification and prioritization of novel biomarkers and drug targets
