An exciting opportunity is available for a Research Officer or Senior Research Officer to join the Hill laboratory in the Infection and Global Health Division at Australia’s pre-eminent biomedical research institute.

About the position

The purpose of the position is to undertake research on the adaptive immune response to pathogens including Streptococcus pyogenes to inform the development of new vaccines and therapeutics. The successful candidate will develop detailed expertise in methodologies specific to isolation and interrogation of antigen-specific T and B cells, using both human tissue and animal models.

The postdoctoral researcher will conduct this research project under limited supervision according to agreed work plans, either independently or as a member of a team, and lead the production of publications from that research. This position will involve laboratory research...
