Research Project Officer

The University of Wollongong in Dubai (UOWD) is seeking a highly organised Research Project Officer to support the delivery of our growing research portfolio.

This role is ideal for a project professional who can manage timelines, budgets, and stakeholders while ensuring research projects are delivered on time, compliant, and audit‑ready .

• Coordinate end‑to‑end research project delivery across multiple projects
• Track milestones, budgets, and reporting deadlines
• Support Principal Investigators with project planning, procurement, and staffing
• Monitor project spend and provide forecasting and variance insights
• Identify and escalation risks and maintain project registers
• Ensure compliance with funding, governance, and audit requirements
