Research Science Manager

**Description:** This is a leadership position who will be responsible for managing a technical team within the Supportable Low Observables department. This group is responsible for developing systems, and maintenance processes to ensure the RCS Signature management of aircraft after delivery to the operating customer.
This specific role will be focused on managing a multi-site team of SLO engineers supporting Ft. Worth based F-35 Zonal field Measurement and ADP development activities as well as Palmdale based ADP programs.
Meeting/exceeding program performance goals, developing and delivering program status and frequent performance briefings, and presenting to senior management and customers is expected.
This is a leadership position and as such must ensure coordination across all Signature Management and Survivability teams, as well as all onsite Modification Technical Teams and operating customers.
