Research Scientist

In this role, you will use different measurement approaches to evaluate performance, perform psychometrics, use scientific survey methodologies, perform validations, and develop legally defensible talent evaluation programs. Requirements:

+ Strong written and oral communication skills

+ Experience leading a team and developing research strategy and program on how to efficiently evaluate talent

+ Experience developing and iterating on testing, experimenting and evaluating content prior to program launch

+ Experience conducting psychometric analyses to evaluate the integrity and practical application of various methods
