Research Scientist/Research Associate

We are hiring a Research Scientist/Associate for a credibility assessment project. The research scientist will perform a variety of functions related to research. The candidate is expected to work closely with the project team to perform task assigned.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct literature search and conceptualize theories to methodology
Conduct qualitative and/or quantitative data analysis
Lead in project technical work
Liaise with academic collaborators to review project progress
Write research deliverable reports, publications and present findings
Present research findings to funders or defense partners
Job Requirements
PhD or master's in psychology and its equivalent
At least 3 years of experience in psychology research work, preferably dealing with polarized individuals and identification of people at risk
Prior experience with qualitative data analysis
Possesses good knowledge in MS office or Altas/NVivo
