Job Description:

This position offers the opportunity to serve as a Research Specialist in 3M’s Analytical Laboratory, leading a broad range of global analytical requests in surface analysis. The role focuses on developing new analytical test methods based on a strong understanding of fundamental materials and products, while driving materials characterization, competitive analysis, performance and durability evaluation, manufacturing troubleshooting, customer complaint investigation, and data analytics solutions.
