As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Research Specialist who can take on a more advanced role in talent sourcing, market research, and analysis — supporting high-level recruitment projects for our US team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct talent sourcing and build market maps of potential candidates for executive roles
• Perform company and industry research to identify trends, structures, and competitor insights
• Analyze data to create reports and talent insights for recruitment consultants
• Maintain organized and accurate research databases
• Collaborate closely with team members to meet project timelines and deliver high-quality results
