Job Description
- Responsible for strategic planning, drafting of business plan and reporting in progress to institute, corporate and funders nationally and internationally.
- Ensure effective technology transfer through scientific and popular publications, lectures, seminars and congresses.
- Initiatives of the multidisciplinary team across the commodities, leading the generation and commercialisation of Intellectual Property.
- Providing scientific leadership in a project management and coordination.
- Ensure focus of projects are in line with ARC’s goals and strategic imperatives as well as needs and requirements of funders.
- Resource management – guidance and financial control of project budget planning and utilization as well leading the team on the acquisition of funders from several sources.
