Research VA

Our Virtual Assistant will support our clients through high-accuracy online data research, primarily using LinkedIn. He / She will play a key part in our client success process by identifying and validating accurate LinkedIn profiles and compiling clean, verified data.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Use strong business acumen and research skills to accurately locate a user's LinkedIn profile.
• Conduct in-depth LinkedIn searches based on criteria such as name, job title, company, location, and industry.
• Ensure all profile links are accurate, up-to-date, and correspond to the correct individual.
• Cross-reference multiple data sources (e.g., company websites, LinkedIn, Google) to validate identity.
• Maintain consistency in formatting and data entry across all research tasks.
• Flag ambiguous or incomplete results with notes for internal review.
• Organize and input data into Google Sheets or Airtable following a structured format.
