Overview
Our banking client is seeking an experienced Researcher to support internal communications and content initiatives across the organisation. This role will focus on researching, validating and curating information, ensuring internal communications and knowledge content remain accurate, clear and up to date.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with banking or financial services experience who enjoys working with stakeholders, managing information and improving the quality and accessibility of internal content.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct research across internal systems, documentation and business areas to gather and validate information
Support the creation, editing and maintenance of internal communications and knowledge content
Update and manage intranet pages, internal portals and shared knowledge repositories
