  • Manage reservation requests and ensure timely confirmation of bookings.
  • Assist customers with travel arrangements including ticketing and itinerary customization.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally to address client inquiries.
  • Coordinate with travel vendors to secure reservations and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the booking process.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Hospitality or Business Administration
  • Experience Level: 0–2 years
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in travel operations and ticketing
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Skills and Competencies: Ability to handle reservations and customer inquiries effectively
