Around a dozen luxury hotels in Switzerland and France belong to Michel Reybier Hospitality. In the world-famous resort of Zermatt, the hotel portfolio includes the traditional Mont Cervin Palace (5*S) , the trendy new Schweizerhof (4*S) , and the historic Monte Rosa (4*) . For our central reservations office , we are looking for a motivated Reservation Agent (m/f) to join us on a permanent contract, starting immediately! Sales conversations, acceptance and processing of written and telephone reservations Correspondence in German, English, and French Advising guests on prices and room categories Creating and updating reservations Preparing offers, confirmations, etc., in German, English, and French Checking provisional bookings and following up accordingly Monitoring and filing correspondence Maintaining and updating guest profiles Central staff accommodation located in the heart of Zermatt and Täsch Attractive employee, family & friends room rates, as well as various discounts (for ex...
