Around a dozen luxury hotels in Switzerland and France belong to Michel Reybier Hospitality. In the world-famous resort of Zermatt, the hotel portfolio includes the traditional Mont Cervin Palace (5*S) , the trendy new Schweizerhof (4*S) , and the historic Monte Rosa (4*) . For our central reservations office , we are looking for a motivated Reservation Agent (m/f) to join us on a permanent contract, starting immediately! Receive and process booking requests via phone, email, online platforms, or in-person. Confirm availability, room types, and special requests. Enter reservations accurately into the hotel management system. Respond promptly and courteously to inquiries about rates, facilities, and services. Provide personalized recommendations to enhance the guest experience. Follow up with guests before arrival to confirm bookings or special requirements.
