The ideal candidate will be a proactive and experienced professional, supporting the company’s growth in hotel trading and destination management.

Main Responsibilities

• Ensure optimal booking management with a focus on accuracy, profitability, and performance.


• Handle customer requests efficiently and professionally.


• Monitor stop sales, booking windows, rate increases, and renegotiate rates when needed.


• Coordinate with internal departments (Operations, Contracting).


• Manage hotel-related requests (payments, arrivals, amendments, early departures).
