Reservation Agent

About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Reservation Agent to join our team at Pullman Kuching in Kuching, Sarawak. As a Reservation Agent, you will be responsible for handling all incoming reservation requests and enquiries, ensuring a seamless booking experience for our guests. This full-time position is an integral part of our Hospitality & Tourism operations.

What you'll be doing

1. Manage and process all reservations, modifications and cancellations in a timely and efficient manner
2. Respond to reservation enquiries and provide accurate information about room availability, rates and packages
3. Upsell hotel services and facilities to enhance the guest experience
4. Maintain a thorough understanding of hotel room inventory, rates and promotional offers
