Reservation Assistant

About the role

Cititel Express Ipoh is seeking a Reservation Assistant to join our dedicated team at our hotel located in Ipoh, Perak. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for handling all guest reservations and enquiries, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for our customers.

What you'll be doing

1. Manage all incoming reservation requests via phone, email, and online channels
2. Respond to guest enquiries in a timely and professional manner
3. Accurately input and process reservation details in our booking system
4. Assist with managing room allocations and inventory
5. Coordinate with the Front Office team to ensure a cohesive guest experience
6. Provide exceptional customer service and support to both new and returning guests
7. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our reservation processes
