Position Overview
We are looking for a highly organized, customer-oriented Reservation Supervisor to oversee our daily booking operations. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth coordination of guest reservations, accurate room allocations, and consistent communication with travel partners and guests. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in handling both direct and OTA bookings.
