Reservationist

Introduction

We are recruiting an experienced Reservationist to join a fast-paced hospitality environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong reservations experience, be confident working with booking systems, and deliver excellent service while managing multiple priorities.

Requirements:
• Relevant qualification in Hospitality / Tourism preferred
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a central reservations environment
• Well-versed in booking systems (Benson experience advantageous)
• Computer literate with Microsoft Office skills
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Target driven and sales orientated
