We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Reservationist to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Hoedspruit, with the possibility of a remote arrangement for suitably qualified candidates based in Cape Town or Gauteng. The Senior Reservationist will be responsible for managing all aspects of the reservations process: including responding to guest inquiries, handling bookings efficiently, and ensuring a high standard of customer service.
