Location: Hazyview | Position: Reservationist | Salary: R6,500 – R8,500 (Live out) | Hours: 08h00 – 17h00 | Monday to Friday + one Saturday morning per month | Permanent position

What They Are Looking For

• Minimum 3 years Reservationist experience within a Hotel or Lodge environment
• Strong knowledge of online booking channels and channel management
• Experience with rate loading, rate parity and specials
• Confident handling extranet communication and financial queries
• Experience working with SiteMinder
• Understanding of OXI interface and booking integrations
• Comfortable liaising with multiple departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Accounts, and Sales
• Strong admin skills including debtor assistance, issuing tax invoices, and month end support
