Reservations Agent

The Role

Based at the award winning 5-star Pan Pacific Melbourne (in the heart of South Wharf), we are seeking an enthusiastic & passionate Reservations Agent to join our diverse & unique hotel on a permanent Full-Time (Monday - Saturday) basis.

The Role

• Handle all accommodation bookings and inquiries via phone, email, and internal systems

• Accurately input reservations into the property management system (PMS)

• Maximise room occupancy and revenue through effective selling techniques

• Review the daily reports to ensure reservations are accurate and do any necessary follow up e.g. no-show & cancelled reservations, action traces for upcoming arrival.

• Provide guests with accurate information regarding room types, rates, packages, and hotel facilities
