Reservations Agent

JOB SCOPE:

• Enforce and communicate club policies and rules to ensure guest are well informed and experiences are consistent.
• Handle inquiries for golf reservations, providing information on tee times, course conditions, club policies and amenities.
• Document all pertinent reservation information accurately, ensuring financial transactions for tee times are processed correctly.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing or any related field.
• Related work experience in Customer Service, Sales and Reservation is preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with an ability to provide friendly and efficient service at all times.
