We are currently seeking a Bilingual Reservations Agent to join our teamin Moncton, NB.
Job Duties:
Quote fares and book flights for customers;
Provide customers with necessary information connected with flights;
Communicate with customers to determine individual needs;
Address Customer Service issues with empathy and understanding;
Provide general information on PAL Airlines policies and procedures;
Must make use of excellent communication and sales skills;
When necessary, identify and implement solutions to meet evolving industry and customer needs;
