Manage, respond promptly and professionally to reservation inquiries via phone, email, online platforms, and third-party channels
Process group and corporate bookings in coordination with the Sales Department
Handle reservation modifications and cancellations, following hotel policies
Maintain strong relationships with tour operators and booking channel partners, ensuring smooth communication and timely follow-up
Follow data protection, payment security, and confidentiality standards
