We are currently recruiting for a Reservations Agent to join our Reservations team at Carton House.

The successful candidate will have:

• Take bookings for all bedrooms, as per the Carton House standards.
• Ensure bookings are managed to maximise sales, occupancy and revenue.
• Upsell all hotel facilities at every opportunity.
• Accurately input all guests requests into the hotel booking system.
