• Requirements & Details:

Grade 12 & a tertiary diploma in Hospitality Management or proven track record of having received on-job training within this hospitality.

Reservations is the Guests most important first contact with the hotel and hence the importance of the position. Reservations is responsible for the hotel reservation system and deals with all incoming enquiries regarding accommodation, availability, room types, rates, etc. as well as processing and confirming reservations for accommodation and restaurant. Ensures all correspondence maintained with regards to reservations.
