About the Role
As a Reservations Agent, you will be responsible for providing the most efficient and courteous hotel reservations service and undertake other duties and responsibilities as required by the management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage incoming reservation inquiries for both hotel accommodation and restaurant bookings via phone, email, or online platforms.
Deliver prompt, courteous, and efficient service consistently. Ensuring phone calls are answered within three rings.
To upsell whenever possible to maximize occupancy and revenues.
