We are looking for a **Reservations Agent** who will be responsible for handling guest inquiries, managing reservations efficiently, and delivering personalized service to ensure a seamless booking experience in line with IHG standards.

**A little taste of your day-to-day:**
**Every day is different at IHG, but you’ll mostly be:**

+ Handling reservation requests via phone, email, and online platforms in a professional and timely manner.
+ Providing accurate information about room types, availability, rates, packages, and hotel facilities.
+ Maximizing revenue by upselling rooms, packages, and additional services.
+ Maintaining accurate guest profiles and updating reservation details in the system.
