The Reservations and Dispatching Specialist plays a key role in managing transportation bookings and coordinating daily dispatch operations for a limousine or chauffeur company. This position ensures all reservations are accurately received, entered, confirmed, and updated while maintaining clear communication with clients.

The role involves assigning vehicles and chauffeurs, monitoring trips in real time, tracking flights and traffic conditions, and proactively managing schedule changes or service disruptions. The specialist acts as the central point of coordination between clients, chauffeurs, and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely service.

Strong customer service is essential, as the specialist handles client inquiries, provides trip updates, and resolves concerns professionally. An additional responsibility includes preparing daily Excel reports or trip manifests and emailing them to clients to ensure transparency, accuracy, and effective coordination.
